"The sea at the table"

The cuisine is based on fresh fish (fished in the day): our dishes have the typical traditional taste made with high refined ingredients that we have selected during our long experience in the gastronomy field. They are cooked and prepared following the simple and rich secrets of our recipes which make our cuisine healthy, light and tasty at the same time.

We propose a variety of sea starters, main courses as "spaghetti with arselle" (somebody calls them "telline", tellins.) or "fettuccine" (another kind of Italian pasta) with sepia and clams, the "caserecci" with mullets or the crispy and tasting fried fish, called "frittura viareggina", that we normally serve with a fresh and light white wine "Vermentino" produced here in Versilia.

For those who don’t want to have rich meals, we offer a variety of mix salads dressed with our local extra virgin olive oil coming from Lucca and balsamic vinegar. Salted and warm scones are served during all the day for those who want to enjoy their holidays without having regular hours.
